On 18 September 2025, international conference A New Chapter of EU’s Enlargement?, organised within the Forum “La proiezione internazionale dell’UE” (PIUE) and the EUVALWEB Legal Observatory, in collaboration with AISDUE. The event brought together leading experts in EU law to discuss the current and future perspectives of the Union’s enlargement process. The conference opened with institutional greetings from Francesco Fasolino and Giuseppe D’Angelo, followed by an introduction by Teresa Russo. The first panel, chaired by Sara Poli (University of Pisa), featured contributions by Christophe Hillion and Marco Evola. The second panel, chaired by Maria Eugenia Bartoloni, included talks by Cristina Contartese and Anna Pau. The programme also featured a debate among UNISA students and a presentation of findings by the EUVALWEB Young Observers.
On 26 March 2026, Prof. Sara Poli (Chair holder) took part in a roundtable at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna focusing on the enlargement of the European Union. The discussion provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on the prospects, challenges, and opportunities related to the future of the #EU, at a particularly significant moment for the European integration process.
Besides, on 27 March 2026, the seminar “Hybrid Warfare and Disinformation,” was organized by the Young European Federalists and the Alumni Association. The seminar took place at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.
