During the academic year 2025/2026, the following seminar activities were carried out:
On 21 October 2025, the seminar “Ukraine’s Accession, Russia and the Security of the EU”, within the EU Law course taught by Prof. Sara Poli, focused on current geopolitical and legal developments concerning the European Union and Ukraine. This session explored the legal and political implications of the war in Ukraine for the European Union’s enlargement process and its Common Foreign and Security Policy.
On 22 October 2025, the seminar “The Impact of the War in Ukraine on the EU Enlargement and on the Common Foreign and Security Policy”, within the Comparative Public Law course taught by Prof. Rino Casella, focused on current geopolitical and legal developments concerning the European Union and Ukraine. This session explored the legal and political implications of the war in Ukraine for the European Union’s enlargement process and its Common Foreign and Security Policy.
