Luigimaria Riccardi (Project manager) is Tenure Track Researcher in European Union Law at the Department of Political Science, University of Pisa.
He holds a Ph.D. in Legal Sciences (International and EU Law) from the University of Pisa and has taught courses on EU law, green transition, and crisis management at several institutions, including the University of Pisa, the Naval Academy of Livorno, and LUISS School of Government in Rome. His research focuses on EU external relations, international organizations, energy transition, and the protection of fundamental rights in the EU legal order. He has been visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg) and at The Hague Academy of International Law. He is a member of Italian Scholars of EU law (AISDUE).
