Christophe Hillion (Senior expert) is Professor of European law at the University of Oslo and at the College of Europe.
His research focuses on EU constitutional law and external action. He currently coordinates a project on the Enforcement of the Rule of Law in the EU (ENROL) financed by the Norwegian Research Council.
